Jason comes to Eventus Advisory Group, LLC as an experienced advisor who has worked in both public and private companies, as well as in nationally respected accounting firms.

After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Accounting, he has spent the last eleven years working in various practice areas of the financial industry. Jason has specifically focused on audits, private industry, controllership, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Eventus, he worked at nationally respected public accounting firms, such as Marcum LLP and CBIZ Inc., and has also worked in large nationally recognized companies, such as Citrix Systems, Inc.

Jason has worked in specialty sectors, such as SAAS, e-commerce, digital media, and the video game industry. He has experience with public and private company audits.

His areas of expertise are SAAS, Derivatives, Revenue Recognition, Stock-Based Compensation, and Software Capitalization.

Jason is married with three children: two girls and a boy. In his spare time, he loves watching sports (especially baseball), reading and playing with his children, exploring art festivals with his wife, playing golf and watching movies.
