Angela is a seasoned SEC reporting expert with over 14 years of foreign and domestic experience in compliance, operational risk and risk management, internal controls, and SOX. She previously served as CFO for two foreign companies where she was responsible for their overall financial planning. Angela’s specialty is helping small-and mid-size companies with limited funds go public and acquire funds for their development. She welcomes the challenge of applying her knowledge and expertise to achieve results for all clients, no matter how large or small.
