Peter Baldwin

Peter has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting advisory, and nearly a decade as a CFO or similar role at small and medium for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is at home in the midst of rapid organizational change and transformative corporate transactions, with extensive experience driving digital modernizations to enable data-driven management and leadership. Peter has also presided over numerous accounting cleanups, preparing organizations for first-time financial audits, or resolving prior audit findings. Over the course of his career, he has advised on over $42 billion of transaction activity, comprising public and private equity and debt financings, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his kids and dogs (three of each!), cooking, whitewater rafting, working out, reading history, and working on home improvement projects. He’s also an active member of the Board of Trustees of the Baldwin Foundation, where he serves on the Finance Committee and has partnered with leaders in the education community in Michigan to develop and fund innovative programs empowering high schools, colleges, and universities to address student mental health issues.
