Ted is a seasoned C-Level executive, having served as CEO, CFO, President, and Board Member for multiple companies, both public and private, working in 10-plus  countries on 4 continents. He has served as a full-time and fractional CFO for 20  years, providing professional services to more than 100 companies and their high wealth owners. His specialty is public companies with SEC reporting requirements,  internal control and SOX compliance needs and international parent/sub-organizations. He is constantly looking for positive change and is a trainer in process improvement topics. 

Ted loves motor sports; boating and all-terrain vehicles, especially in a mountain setting among the trees and craggy peaks with a camper situated in the meadow next to a burbling creek. He is a builder and organizer in business and around the  

house and yard and takes pride in having the best ‘curb appeal’ possible. His travel priorities have taken him and his family around the world to see new places and meet new faces.
