Ann is a highly versatile finance expert with nearly three decades of hands-on executive experience in multiple areas including IPO readiness, financial management, SEC reporting, strategic planning, ERP system implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury management. She served as CFO at several private and public companies including recently at Karat Packaging (NASDAQ: KRT), where she helped steer the company through a successful IPO raising close to $80 million dollars in IPO proceeds.
Ann enjoys cooking and makes the best Pho noodle soup and specialty Persian dishes. On sunny Southern California days, she is often seen biking around town on her electric bicycle.
