Candace has over 25 years of experience providing auditing, financial reporting, and consulting services to SEC reporting clients and companies in the process of becoming public, as well as non-public, closely held companies. Prior to joining Eventus, Candace was with a mid-sized audit firm for 20 years, including 10 as a partner in the QC department. She has a wealth of experience providing step-by-step guidance with SEC initial and periodic filings and registration statements, preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements with required disclosures, as well as the resolution of all technical issues regarding SEC and U.S. GAAP compliance and complex accounting issues, including debt/equity transactions and revenue recognition.
When Candace isn’t working, you can find her down on the beach reading or pretending she is an artist and taking and playing with digital photos.
