She represents growth-oriented, closely-held companies in the small to middle-market space. Additionally, she assists start-up ventures with various accounting functions. DeNisha delivers business support services, including serving as an outsourced CFO and Controller for various companies. She assists clients in managing the financial aspects of operations, including cash management, income tax planning and preparation, and positioning for debt or equity infusions. DeNisha’s passion for the success of her clients is her primary motivator in equipping business owners with the financial tools they need to meet their growth projections and remain on target to achieve their exit strategies.
