Eric is an accomplished, results-driven finance professional with over a decade of experience in SEC reporting and accounting in diverse industries. His passion for SEC reporting was ignited early in his career by his first job after grad school at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Eric owns the SEC reporting process from start to finish. The part he enjoys the most is gathering the pieces and assembling them into a finished product. His collaborative nature shines as he seamlessly works with colleagues at all levels to complete and file SEC Reports. Eric’s expertise, attention to detail, and ability to foster teamwork ensure a smooth and efficient process in delivering accurate and timely reports that adhere to strict regulatory requirements and guidelines.
When he is not working, you can find Eric outside – in the woods hiking, in the garden cultivating vegetables and flowers, or just soaking up some sun at the Jersey Shore. Eric is also a culinary enthusiast who enjoys cooking all sorts of dishes for his family.
