Jason is an experienced accounting professional who specializes in financial reporting for both SEC public filers as well as private entities and complex technical accounting issues such as ASC 606 Revenue Standards, ASC 842 Lease Accounting, Business Combinations and Equity and Derivative Accounting. He spent eight years as an auditor and his ability to function under extreme pressure of deadlines has made him a go to individual by his peers when a new project needs to get done or when a current project is off the rails.
Jason enjoys tinkering with computer programming, website development, researching and investing in crypto currency and NFT’s, and fantasy sports. When not having his nose buried in analytics and charts he relaxes with his three children and wife playing Pokemon, Nintendo Switch, golf and cooking.
