Jennifer Tristan

Associate SEC Director

Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in financial reporting, accounting and Big 4 auditing. After leaving public auditing, Jennifer’s focus has been on SEC financial reporting for publicly traded companies, ensuring that company filings provide transparency and crucial information for individual and institutional investors, analysts and researchers. She has a deep working knowledge of SEC filing and can bridge the gap between the preparation of financial statements and the final filing submissions.

When not working, Jennifer loves spending time with her two daughters (the oldest just graduated from Ole Miss, her alma mater). She’s also a fitness enthusiast whose current passion is infrared sauna workouts. She also loves cooking shows, playing tennis, going to actual libraries, and going to the symphony as much as possible. She’s also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan (born and raised in Dallas, TX).
