Ola Gambari

Ola is a seasoned finance and strategy executive with experience in M&A, business development, and operations. He has a broad based finance background, including two bulge-bracket banks (Barclays and Deutsche Bank) and a big 4 accounting firm (Ernst & Young), and gained experience in investment banking, asset management, and venture capital. Ola transitioned from investment banking to co-founding two companies in different industries (energy services and e-commerce).In growing both companies, he managed teams across multiple different business verticals and served as financial lead in a variety of contexts. Ola has been responsible for all finance and accounting elements (including P&L allocation, forecasting/modeling, and capital raising), the development of business and growth strategy plans, and the cultivation and management of partnerships, collaborations, and other business relationships.

In his free time, Ola enjoys cooking, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his wife and young son. He also serves as a mentor at the nonprofit Defy Ventures.
