Rita is an experienced Controller who constantly looks to optimize processes and find ways to better integrate Sales, Operations, and IT with Finance. Rita has a significant background in cleaning up books, meeting tight deadlines, and training her teams to take on more value-added work. She started her career working in automotive manufacturing where she learned Six Sigma and lean manufacturing concepts early on working with Industrial Engineering and ERP implementation teams in ensuring systems and processes were optimized and resulting data was reliable for plant reporting. Rita approaches projects with an eye for detail, putting herself in the shoes of the end user, and planning for contingency scenarios.

Rita loves traveling, nature, volunteering, and when not attending her children’s baseball and basketball games or taking her dog to the park is learning how to play the guitar.
