Sabine is a certified public accountant with over 20 years’ experience of accounting and auditing in various industries for small, mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. She manages and, assist clients with the preparation, coordination, and timing of SEC filings and additional reporting deadlines. She has extensive experience in the preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K as well as all other SEC filings which involved writing footnotes and coordinating with various departments. She has also analyzed and interpreted accounting guidance and provided recommendation to management. Her diverse background includes working at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, where she participated in all aspects of inspections of public companies’ financial statements and internal controls audits.
When not assisting her clients with their accounting needs, Sabine likes to spend with her family, reading, watching movies, playing board games, playing tennis, or traveling
