Trish O’Kane

Controller

Trish is a heavy hitting Controller with a focus on accuracy, process and compliance, as well as accountability and transparency. She is not afraid to roll up the sleeves to meet deadlines and support the team. Her knack for process improvements and efficiencies have enabled “bean-counter” functions to accurately report financials and eliminate nonvalue-added tasks, while elevating teams from back-office cost centers to key contributors supporting management and decision-making processes. She has participated in debt financing, led teams through IRS, SALT, financial statement and debt compliance audits, revamped Board of Director reporting to support strategic decisions, and has been the go-to for restructuring accounting and finance departments to better align them with company goals and objectives.

In the summertime, Trish enjoys boating with her family on the Great Lakes with excursions around the mitten state and into Canada. She loves to be in the kitchen and makes a killer lasagna, she enjoys gardening (which means feeding the local deer population), walking her dog Cooper, she dabbles in cross stitch, plays the piano and flute, and spends time with family. Her philanthropic nature drives her to volunteer at a local dog shelter, she “pays it forward” by tutoring GED students, and is a Merit Badge and STEM counselor for her son’s Scout Troop.
