Mr. Reithinger is the Founder and Managing Director of Eventus Advisory Group, LLC.  He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Eventus Consulting, P.C., a registered CPA firm in Arizona.  Mr. Reithinger is an experienced CFO with over 22 years of diversified practice in a broad range of industries including life sciences, consumer products, mining, energy services and digital media.  Mr. Reithinger has successfully created initiatives to streamline accounting processes and SEC compliance, develop capital markets strategies, restructure and optimize operations and spearhead due diligence for financings and acquisitions.  He has strong leadership and administrative skills, experience in building efficient processes and managing and developing accounting and finance staff.  Since August 2014, Mr. Reithinger has served as the CFO of Orgenesis Inc., a publicly-traded cell therapy and regenerative medicine company with a technology focused on curing Type 1 diabetes.  Prior to forming Eventus Advisory Group, LLC in December 2009, Mr. Reithinger served in various executive management positions including COO & CFO of New Leaf Brands, Inc., a branded beverage company, CEO of Nutritional Specialties, Inc., a nutritional supplement company (that was acquired by Nutraceutical International, Inc. NASDAQ: NUTR), Chairman, CEO & President of Baywood International, Inc., a publicly-traded nutraceutical company.  Prior to that, Mr. Reithinger worked for Bank of America.  Mr. Reithinger earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.


Mr. Geiges is a Certified Public Accountant (Pennsylvania) and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He has over 30 years of broad accounting and management experience with multi-billion dollar international businesses such as Drake International, The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters) and several entrepreneurial companies. Prior to joining Eventus Advisory Group, Mr. Geiges had been Corporate Controller of New Leaf Brands, a publicly-traded beverage company and was a consultant and managing member of Geiges & Associates, LLC a strategic planning and financial consulting practice, with heavy emphasis on early stage businesses and turnaround opportunities. Prior to relocating to Phoenix, Arizona, Mr. Geiges served as CFO for Clarion Management Ltd. a venture capital and hedge fund with primary focus in publishing, technology, information, and natural resources. Mr. Geiges is Adjunct Faculty for Arcadia University, Dunlop Stone University and Ottawa University where he teaches finance, managerial accounting courses, several of which incorporate SOX compliance issues.


Mr. Sharp is a Certified Public Accountant (Arizona) and has provided part-time CFO and consulting services to public and private companies since 2002, with 30 years of experience in accounting, consulting, financial reporting and tax compliance services to clients in many industries, ranging in size from start-ups to $200 million in revenues. He has expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, accounting system conversions, business valuations, ASC 740 (FAS 109) deferred taxes, IRC Section 382 NOL regulations, and complex GAAP consolidations. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Sharp served as Treasury Manager for Calence, Inc., a national IT consulting firm. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Sharp was the Corporate Controller for Piranha Interactive Publishing (NASDAQ: PRAN) where he was instrumental in their 1997 IPO. From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Sharp worked as an Audit Manager for McGladrey LLP, a national CPA firm. Mr. Sharp is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs, and is an avid soccer player and coach.


Mr. Spool is a Managing Director of Eventus Consulting, P.C.  He is a finance and operations 'founder enabler' who has a mix of startup, mid-cap, and larger company experience in various finance, accounting, and leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Director of FP&A, Controller, Head of Business Intelligence).  Aaron has served as a fractional CFO of startups and mid-cap firms experiencing rapid change.  Aaron guides companies through growing pains, capital raises, M&A, going public, and investor/founder exits.  Prior to joining the firm, Aaron worked at CIT (a premier mid-market finance firm), where he was hired by the CFO to help CIT recover from bankruptcy.  He built their Business Intelligence team from scratch, was the Controller for Asia, and was part of an elite finance change team. Before CIT, he worked at Moody’s, D&B, and Lehman Brothers in various finance leadership roles.  Aaron has a CPA and is a CFA charterholder. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and a BBA from The George Washington University.  Aaron is a father of four, an Eagle Scout, a Cubmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster for his sons’ Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop, and after 9/11 joined the NYPD as an Auxiliary Officer graduating at the top of his class.  He’s also a CrossFit addict and amateur kombucha brewer.


Mr. Shapiro previously worked as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Global Hunter Securities, covering industrial, basic material and agricultural companies in the US and internationally. Prior to that, he worked at Rodman & Renshaw where he had been a Senior Equity Research Associate, concentrating on small cap U.S. and China-based companies in multiple industries. Preceding his financial career, Mr. Shapiro worked as Project Manager & Software Designer at Acclaim Network, where he managed the development of a proprietary software package to track customers' activities throughout various stages of transactions lifecycle. Mr. Shapiro holds an MBA in Finance from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College and a bachelor of science in Computer Science from Polytechnic University.
