Ariel Finkelstein

Director

Ariel comes to Eventus Advisory Group, LLC with a diverse Human Resources background and a passion for all things HR.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with an M.S. in Education and entering law school, Ariel realized that her passion for employment law could best be met by creating environments that are conducive to productivity. To do so, she left law school to pursue outsourced HR and advisory via Ambrose Employer Group LLC (now TriNet) where she became responsible for the HR needs of 75+ different companies, encompassing over 750 employees simultaneously.

After Ambrose’s acquisition (Summer, 2013), Ariel moved on to UBS where she had the opportunity to balance her small-to-mid-size experience with corporate exposure, all while supporting managers throughout the U.S. Due to relocation concerns, Ariel parted with her team to stay local and entered the startup space by leading HR Departments at HelloFresh and Call9, respectively. Here, Ariel was tasked with growing these startups in their infancy stages and faced the issues most high-growth startups encounter. This includes, but is not limited to, PEO and other vendor set-up, employee relations investigations, cultivating company culture, managerial training, performance reviews, and daily-upkeep. The combination of these experiences, combined with her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, have positioned her as a trusted resource, partner, and skilled multi-tasker as she continues her HR career by regularly consulting her clients on all matters HR.
