Eric Wilkins

Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel

Eric comes to Eventus Advisory Group, LLC with a highly diverse legal and business operations background including experience in the corporate, real estate, sports, entertainment, and fashion industries.

As an avid sports enthusiast, upon graduating from The Columbia University School of Law, Eric founded Gladiator Representational Services, a full-service sports agency. Eventually, he would add fashion models to his list of clients and worked diligently to ensure that his clients’ career goals were met. After selling the company, Eric moved on to the corporate department at Dechert, LLP, where he focused on M&A and note offerings.

Seeking to return to the operational side of the business, Eric became the Director of Operations and In-House Counsel at Madame Netter, a leading international millinery design boutique. In his role at Madame Netter, he oversaw all day-to-day operations and led contract negotiations with movie studios such as Universal, Disney, and Miramax over designs used and future use rights.

Eric later became Vice President and In-House Counsel at Exclusive Equities, Inc., a real estate development firm. At Exclusive Equities, he led development deals ranging from five to one hundred million dollars and continued to hone his negotiating skills while working with banks and other financial institutions to obtain financing.

Eric’s varied experience has made him a skilled negotiator, legal advisor and overseer of a business’s day-to-day operations.
